DIMENSIONS
It consists of a 9 mm black or gray recycled PET polyester fiber acoustic panel on which 27 mm x 13 mm strips are mounted in different colors and finishes, black recycled MDF with real wood veneer. The strips are spaced 14 mm apart.
Length* : 2400mm
Width : 600mm
Thickness : 21mm
* Each model may have other measurements, see each product sheet.
COATING PROPERTIES
The finish of the straps may vary in color, texture and appearance from model to model.

HOW TO CUT AND DRILL
When sawing or drilling the acoustic panel, it is recommended that you first place masking tape on the area where the cut is made.
Use a fine-toothed hand wood saw or a countersunk/circular saw with a fine-toothed blade equipped with a guide rail for best results. Carefully sand the cut with sandpaper (240 fine grit).
The acoustic panel's polyester fiber lining is easily cut with a knife.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
We recommend adding a protective finish to the panels. Something like wood oil is perfect as it protects and maintains the natural appearance of the wood. will prevent any accumulation of dust. If you choose to keep the panels unfinished, then a dry cloth can clean the panels.

HOW TO INSTALL
There are three different options to install
1. Paste directly on the wall:
Pasting with silicone/glue is recommended for this.

2. Screw directly into the wall:
Using black screws for the black backing option or silver or gray screws for the gray backing, the panels can be screwed directly to the wall through the acoustic felt.
We recommend a minimum of 15 screws per panel at 9cm intervals across the width and 60cm intervals across the panel length.
If installing in ceilings, make sure they are screwed into the ceiling joists.
Make sure the correct fixings are used if it is for plasterboard for example.

3. Screwing the panels to wooden slats:
We recommend screwing wooden slats 4-5 cm into the wall and then screwing the panels directly to the slats through the acoustic felt to achieve optimal sound absorption.
You can choose to insulate with rock wool behind the panels between the sticks, this will achieve Class A sound absorption.
As shown in the figure, install the light steel structure on the wall with a distance of 6-10cm from the wall, and the recommended distance between the vertical profile is 60cm, and the horizontal profile can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
Between the profiles must be filled with sound insulation cotton to obtain a more perfect sound absorption effect. The product can be fixed to the profile by screws.
FIRE CLASSIFICATION
Acoustic felt ceiling is class A fire rated following ASTM E84-16 certification.
SOUND ABSORPTION COEFFICIENT FOR ACOUSTIC PANELS.
Laboratory measurements of the sound absorption coefficient were carried out in a reverberation room according to the test method of EN ISO 354:2003.
-
PANEL MOUNTED DIRECTLY ON THE WALL
As can be seen in the graph, the panel mounted directly on the wall obtains an absorption coefficient of 0.3 (MH).
-
PANEL ASSEMBLED WITH WOODEN SLAT SPACING AND MINERAL WOOL INSULATION
As can be seen in the graph, the 2.08 cm panel, assembled with 5 cm spacing of wooden slats and mineral wool insulation, obtains an absorption coefficient of 0.62 (MH).
-
PANEL MOUNTED ON STEEL PROFILE AND WITH MINERAL WOOL SPACING AND INSULATION
As you can see, the panels were mounted on a light steel profile spaced 10 cm from the wall and filled with mineral wool insulation for an absorption coefficient of 0.95 (MH).
